  • WaitApp allows you to enter a Customer’s Name, Party Size and Mobile number and notify them via text message when their table is ready. For reservations or appointments you add the date and time when adding the customer and WaitApp automatically sends text message reminders and adds them to the active Waiting List on the proper date.

What Hardware do I need to run WaitApp?

How do I setup and manage WaitApp?
  • Sign up easily by going to our Sign-Up page and filling out your information. Once you sign up for WaitApp, you will receive a Sign Up confirmation page with details on how to log in.   • WaitApp uses a patented technology that allows for 2-way messaging. When customers reply to your messages you will instantly see them via WaitApp. WaitApp is the only text service that opens up text messaging for true, natural language two-way communications instead of just one way alerts. Opted-in customers can text the business weeks or months later to ask about wait time, make a reservation, etc. and the message is guaranteed to reach the host instantly.

  • WaitApp has a robust Reservation tool that logs reservations and sends customers automated reminders about their reservation. In addition, WaitApp automatically places a customer on the Wait List 90 minutes prior to their reservation giving the Hosts a single view of all customers.

  • WaitApp automatically sends out a reminder text to see the host five minutes after the first Ready alert was sent out if the guest status has not been changed to seated. Twenty minutes after the Ready alert was texted, WaitApp automatically sends out a text notification that they have been dropped from the waiting list.
